The Mida source code

- The core directory contains the Mida core source code
- The indicators directory contains the Mida indicators source code
- The platforms directory contains the Mida trading platforms source code
- The playground directory contains the Mida backtesting engine source code

The core directory **is and must be treated as an independent module**, the core
directory will never have any dependency from the other directories.
