## Push & PR fallback (when user explicitly asks)

Detect available tooling and dispatch:

1. `gh` (GitHub CLI) → `git push -u origin HEAD && gh pr create --fill`
2. `glab` (GitLab CLI) → `git push -u origin HEAD && glab mr create --fill`
3. Plain `git` → `git push -u origin HEAD` then `git remote -v` to detect provider
   and output the provider's "Compare & PR" URL for the user to click.

If none of `gh` / `glab` are installed, suggest the install one-liner per OS
(`brew install gh` / `apt install gh` / `winget install --id GitHub.cli`).
NEVER run a destructive command (`reset --hard`, `push --force`) without explicit
user instruction.
