Pi Codex App Server

This fork is maintained at https://github.com/AdamsGH/pi-codex-app-server
and is based on https://github.com/Lqm1/pi-codex-app-server.

The vendored Codex app-server protocol is generated from OpenAI Codex.
Its source release, commit, and artifact digests are recorded in
vendor/openai-codex-app-server-protocol/protocol-snapshot.json.
Upstream notices in generated files are preserved.

The repository retains the upstream Apache License 2.0 in LICENSE.
