Before touching any build, confirm:

1. `eas.json` production profile is correct for target platform
2. `app.json` version/versionCode/buildNumber is incremented
3. `google-services.json` (Android) and `GoogleService-Info.plist` (iOS) are in repo root
4. No incompatible native packages in `package.json`
5. Secrets (API keys, signing passwords) are in EAS secrets, not committed to repo
