# Trademarks and brand use

The software or documentation license in this repository applies to copyrightable code and
content only. It does not grant permission to use trade names, trademarks, service marks,
logos, domain names, visual identity, or other brand features owned by Artasov or used by the
Orcestr ecosystem, except as necessary for reasonable and customary use in describing the
origin of the licensed material and reproducing required attribution notices.

You may truthfully state that a product uses, integrates, or is derived from the relevant
project and link to the original repository. You may not use the Orcestr name, project names,
or logos in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, official status, or affiliation, and
you may not name or brand a fork or competing product in a confusingly similar way.

All third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
