Fixed wrapper around OpenZeppelin Contracts 5.0.2 `VestingWallet`, with beneficiary, start, and duration fixed at construction. The beneficiary remains the OpenZeppelin owner/recipient identity, but ownership transfer and renunciation are permanently disabled. No separate administrator or proxy authority.
