# Breaking changes in v23

- Removes the legacy (non-flat) config `@open-turo/eslint-config-typescript/recommended`
- Drops ESLint v8 support
- Bumps `eslint-plugin-perfectionist` from v4 to v5, requiring `@open-turo/eslint-config-typescript` to be ESM-only
