# Pack routing index

Load when: every boundary check, right after `mechanisms.md`. Match the touch list against the signals below and load **only** the packs whose signals appear in the touched files or the plan's Proposed Changes. Several packs matching is normal (a full-stack feature typically routes 2–4). A technology matching nothing here is still in scope — diagnose it from its mechanism, and check `packs/generic-tail.md` for a thin entry.
