The TUI adds a read-only live `/subagents` inspection view, a footer entry point, and activity in tool-result rendering; inspection never starts a model turn or changes result delivery/accounting. - Optional per-child `config.timeoutMs` runtime deadlines with item/call/role/user-default precedence and explicit `0` to disable an inherited limit.
