`Checkbox` and `RadioButton` now support a `description` prop. The description can
contain any React elements and will be rendered below the label.
Clicking the description does not toggle the selection, which means it can contain
other interactive elements without breaking accessibility. An example use
is to show a link to terms and conditions underneath a "I accept the terms
and conditions for this service" checkbox.
The same components also get a `render` prop which allows a consumer to
place the input/label and description elements freely. This can be useful
when complex layouts are required, for instance: showing a price at the
end of the same line as a checkbox label.
The same props can be used for each option in `CheckboxGroup`.
