[eslint-config-modulus][eslint] shared config.

## Install

```bash
npm install @modulus/standard --save-dev
```

## Usage

```bash
$ mod-standard
Error: Use JavaScript Standard Modulus Style
  lib/torrent.js:950:11: Expected '===' and instead saw '=='.
```

## Lint before testing
