AvCpp License

AvCpp can be used under one of two licenses.

1. The GNU Lesser General Public License, version 2.1, in [LICENSE-lgpl2.txt](LICENSE-lgpl2.txt)
2. A BSD-Style License, in [LICENSE-bsd.txt](LICENSE-bsd.txt).

The license chosen is at the discretion of the user of AvCpp. For example:

1. An author of [L]GPL software would likely use AvCpp under the terms of the
LGPL.
2. An author of commercial closed-source software would likely use AvCpp
under the terms of the BSD-style license.
