# Project Setup Workflow

1.  **Check for Evidence**
    *   Check if `project/production_bible.json` exists.
    * If it exists, display the "Current Settings" from the file and ask the user if they want to [Overwrite] or [Update].

2.  **Interview Phase (The Showrunner)**
    * Ask the user: "What is the **Genre**, **Tone**, and **Global Style** of this film?" (e.g., Sci-Fi, Dark Noir, hyperrealistic 3D animation)
    * Ask the user: "What are the technical specs? (Aspect Ratio, Resolution)"
    * Ask the user: "Who are the core **Characters**? Please provide names and descriptions."

3.  **Generate Bible**
    * Construct the `project/production_bible.json` content based on the answers, adhering to `schemas/bible.schema.json`.
    *   Example Content:
        ```json
        {
          "project_name": "My Film",
          "creative_vision": { "genre": "...", "tone": "...", "global_style": "..." },
          "technical_specs": { ... }
        }
        ```
    * Write this JSON to `project/production_bible.json`.

4.  **Scaffold Directories**
    * Create the `project/assets/references` directory if it doesn't exist.
    * Create `project/scripts/` directory if it doesn't exist.

5.  **Finish**
    * Notify the user: "Project initialized. You can now use the `script-analysis` skill to break down your script."
