# Persona Framework Chains - Tier 0 Reference

Hardcoded framework chains for Mode 2 (Explore+Capture) persona-guided conversation.
When Brain is connected, these are overridden by dynamic FEEDS_INTO chains.
When Brain is unavailable, getFrameworkChain() reads this file.

## TTO (Technology Transfer Office)

Entry signal: User leads with technology, patent, lab results, R&D output.
JTBD: "I have a technology and need to find where it applies."

Chain:
1. Domain Exploration - "What is the technology and what domains could it touch?"
2. Problem Definition - "What specific problems does it solve in those domains?"
3. JTBD Analysis - "Who needs this solved and what progress are they trying to make?"
4. Value Proposition - "What is the value to them and how would you deliver it?"

Larry's question sequence:
- Turn 1-2: "Tell me about your technology. What does it do that nothing else can?"
- Turn 3-4: "Where do you see this applying? What problems does it solve?"
- Turn 5-6: "Who would pay for this? What are they struggling with today?"
- Turn 7+: "How would you package this for them? What does the offering look like?"

## Researcher

Entry signal: User leads with research findings, hypotheses, academic framing.
JTBD: "My research reveals something - I want to understand its commercial potential."

Chain:
1. Problem Exploration - "What problem does your research address?"
2. JTBD Analysis - "Who cares about this problem and what progress do they want?"
3. Value Proposition - "What would a solution look like and what is it worth?"
4. Lean Canvas - "How would you deliver and sustain this?"

Larry's question sequence:
- Turn 1-2: "What has your research shown? What is the core finding?"
- Turn 3-4: "Who is affected by this problem? What are they doing about it today?"
- Turn 5-6: "If your research became a product, what would it look like?"
- Turn 7+: "How would you get this to the people who need it? What is the model?"

JTBD: "I see an opportunity in the market - I want to define and validate it."

Chain:
1. Opportunity Recognition - "What opportunity do you see?"
2. Market Analysis - "How big is this market and who are the players?"
3. Problem Definition - "What specific problem are you solving for whom?"
4. Competitive Analysis - "Who else is trying and what is your edge?"
