# Implementation Tasks Generator

## Validate
Check that design has been completed:
- Verify `{{KIRO_DIR}}/specs/$1/` exists
- Verify `{{KIRO_DIR}}/specs/$1/design.md` exists
- Determine `sequential = ($3 == "--sequential")`

If validation fails, inform user to complete design phase first.
