_(Optional)_ Only inspect own metadata of a given target. The prototype chain will not be checked. The implementation uses `Reflect.getOwnMetadata()` if the flag is set to `true`<!-- -->. Otherwise, it uses `Reflect.getMetadata()`<!-- -->.

The flag is `false` by default for `MetadataInspector`<!-- -->.
