1. LICENSE GRANT
   Subject to your compliance with these terms and the LiteEditor Terms of
   Service (https://liteeditor.com/terms), LiteEditor grants you a limited,
   non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to load and use the
   LiteEditor software ("Software") on domains registered to a valid LiteEditor
   API key, including keys issued under the free lifetime plan.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT, in whole or in part:
   (a) redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the Software as your own;
   (b) remove, disable, bypass, or circumvent the API key validation, license
       checks, or any usage metering built into the Software;
   (c) remove or alter copyright, license, or attribution notices;
   (d) use the Software without a valid API key, except for local evaluation.

3. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold. LiteEditor retains all right, title, and
   interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. TERMINATION
   This license terminates automatically if you breach any term. On termination
   you must cease all use of the Software.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL LITEEDITOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
   LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.
