Topic ideas and rotation planning. The content-strategist reads this before picking the next issue's topic.

---

## Type rotation

Each issue has a type: Command | Config | Workflow | Agent | Debug
Rotate types so no two consecutive issues are the same type.

Current rotation:
- Issue 001: [type] — [topic]
- Issue 002: [planned type] — [planned topic]
- Issue 003: [planned type] — [planned topic]

---

## Priority topics (ready to draft)

Topics with enough clarity to brief immediately:

- **[Topic 1]** — Type: [type]. Angle: [what's non-obvious about this topic?]
- **[Topic 2]** — Type: [type]. Angle: [angle]
- **[Topic 3]** — Type: [type]. Angle: [angle]

---

## Candidate topics (needs refinement)

Topics that are interesting but not yet specific enough to brief:

- [Vague topic idea] — need: [what would make this specific enough]
- [Vague topic idea] — need: [what would make this specific enough]

## Archived topics (shipped or retired)

| Issue | Type | Topic | Ship date | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| (none yet) | — | — | — | — |

## Rotation rules

1. No two consecutive issues of the same type
2. Every 4th issue: include a tie-in to your product/brand (subtle, non-salesy)
3. At least 1 ceiling-reader-targeted issue per month
4. At least 1 floor-accessible issue per month
5. Debug issues: rotate after a heavy Config or Workflow issue (variety pacing)
