Invokes an ad-hoc command on the extension.
Parameters
- extensionNodeId: string
  Identifier (or name) of the extension node that will execute the command.
- commandId: string
  Identifier of the command to execute.
- commandArgs: string
  The command arguments.
Returns Promise<{ success: boolean; value: string }>
A promise that resolves with an object containing the success payload, or the error message on failure, along with whether it succeeded.
