Displays a file open dialog to browse after and selecting files. Reads the selected files as binary files and returns their contents.
Parameters
- options: OpenDialogSyncOptions
  The dialog options.
Returns Promise<Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike>[]>
The binary contents of all selected file paths.
