# AEO Readiness Plan

Run the **`plan-aeo-readiness`** skill: audit a site for answer-engine and
generative-engine citation readiness (llms.txt, crawlability, structured data,
citable content), then produce an improvement plan. **Audit and plan only —
edit nothing until the plan is approved.**

Emit findings ranked by impact with locations and a phased checklist. After
