`AWS::S3Vectors::VectorBucket`, a resource type of the aws lexicon.

## Properties

- `CreationTime` (`string`, optional)
- `EncryptionConfiguration` (`VectorBucket_EncryptionConfiguration`, optional)
- `Tags` (`VectorBucket_Tag[]`, optional): User tags (key-value pairs) to associate with the vector bucket.
- `VectorBucketArn` (`string`, optional)
- `VectorBucketName` (`string`, optional)
