### Changed
- **Breaking:** Closed caption language lists (`closedCaptionLanguages`,
  `asrClosedCaptionLanguages`) now render names via `Intl.DisplayNames`
  instead of a bundled translation catalog. Names follow the browser's
  `document.documentElement.lang`, not the consuming app's own i18n system.
- **Breaking:** `ClosedCaptionPanelV2`/`ClosedCaptionCreatorV2` and their
  child components now source all UI strings from an optional `translations`
  prop (see `ClosedCaptionPanelTranslations`) instead of bundling their own
  English-only strings. Omitting the prop falls back to English via
  `defaultClosedCaptionPanelTranslations`.
- **Breaking:** Removed the `getTranslations` export and the package's
  bundled locale files for the strings covered above; consumers of
  `UploadMedia`/`ComputerPanel`/`ClosedCaptionCreator` must supply five new
  keys on `uploadMediaTranslations.UploadMediaStrings`: `NO_PREVIEW_AVAILABLE`,
  `FILE_NAME`, `FILE_SIZE_EXCEEDED`, `CAPTIONS_INHERITED_MESSAGE`,
  `CAPTIONS_REPLACE_MESSAGE`.
