# humbleagents Reference Library

This directory is the native humbleagents design-knowledge corpus. The canonical catalog assigns every file a stable ID, content hash, authority, topic tags, and real query-profile consumers. Primary standards are cited in the reference that applies them.

## Maintenance contract

1. Keep guidance workflow-neutral; do not embed host commands, agent routing, hooks, or project-state paths.
2. Use working relative links for local dependencies and direct primary-source links for factual standards.
3. Add or change a query-profile consumer when reference tags or scope change.
4. Regenerate the canonical knowledge catalog after content edits.
5. Run the reference-quality, catalog, catalog-generation, and coverage gates before commit.
