"longDescription": "Root remains the user-facing owner of intent, architecture, integration, final judgment, and verification. On plans other than Go, HolyCodex uses task-specific TypeScript workflows for substantive discovery, implementation, verification, multi-file, risky, or architecture-sensitive work; genuinely small bounded operations may remain direct. Go disables workflows so Root works directly. The catalog resolves plan × agent × broad task type into Luna effort, cost target/max, call/concurrency ceilings, and universal runtime safety. Explorer, Librarian, Worker, and Reviewer are first-class bounded capabilities. Reviewer repairs reviewer-owned issues to fixed point. Workflow scripts run in a capability-denied runtime and cannot directly access files, processes, environment variables, imports, credentials, or networking. Temporary stdin source is stored only under the installed plugin's session-scoped .workflows directory. Git Bash is mandatory only on native Windows; LSP and Context7 remain cross-platform.",
