# HederaIntel MCP Platform — Proprietary License

## PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL

This software and all associated source code, documentation, business logic,
algorithms, data structures, and intellectual property (collectively, the
"Software") are the exclusive proprietary property of mountainmystic
("Owner"). This is NOT open-source software.

## PERMITTED USE

Subject to payment of applicable fees and acceptance of the Terms of Service
(see `legal/terms.json`), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to:

1. Install and use the published npm package (`hedera-mcp-platform`) solely
   to connect your AI agents or applications to the HederaIntel API.
2. Use the results returned by the API in your own products and services.

## RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

1. **Copy or redistribute** the server-side source code, business logic, or
   any proprietary components of this Software.
2. **Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble** any part of the remote
   server or its compiled/obfuscated logic.
3. **Resell or sublicense** API access to third parties without a separate
   written commercial agreement with the Owner.
4. **Remove or alter** this license notice or any proprietary markings.
5. **Clone the platform** — build a competing service using knowledge gained
   from using this API, its responses, or its documentation.
6. **Use the Software** to facilitate illegal transactions, sanctions evasion,
   market manipulation, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

## NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
THE OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM,
OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE THEREOF.

## MAXIMUM LIABILITY

In no event shall the Owner's total liability to you exceed the amount of
HBAR credits you consumed in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

## GOVERNING LAW

This License shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be
resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
