# Get patient attributes

Operation ID: `patient.getPatientAttributes`

Return the complete arbitrary JSON attributes dictionary for the authenticated patient. Attributes are free-form key/value metadata (strings, numbers, booleans, arrays, objects), distinct from the boolean-only `flags`. Requires a patient Bearer JWT; the patient is always resolved from the token.
