# Create an insurance record from an insurance package

Operation ID: `connectors.athenaCreateInsurancePackage`

Create an insurance record from an insurance package. Tries sequence numbers 1 → 2 → 3 (Athena's primary/secondary/tertiary insurance slots) since an occupied slot rejects the write. Raises the last error (e.g. an invalid ``package_id``) if none of the three slots accept it, rather than swallowing it — silently returning None here left callers unable to tell "no free slot" apart from "Athena rejected this package outright", both by AthenaInsuranceSync and by direct API/MCP callers of this connector method.
