Add your theme customisations to this folder.

## Example

If you want to apply colours then you should:

- Create colour variables in the `my-theme/_colours.scss` file in this folder.
- Map your colours in `health/_colours-map.scss` (if using SASS variables).
- Assign your colours to :root {} in `health/_colours-map-custom-props.scss` (if using CSS custom properties).
