The vendored content is JSON-encoded without semantic modification and is licensed under the Apache
License 2.0. The SHA-256 of the decoded UTF-8 instruction content (identical to the source
`prompt.md` bytes) is `ac8ae107a0d72fe3476b430afb161ea4e67da2e446d778aefc44828160559807`. See
