# Submit a webhook event

**POST** `/v1/integrations/webhooks/{id}/events`

**Operation ID**: `postEvent`
**Summary**: Submit a webhook event
Accepts one JSON event from the sending system and starts an investigation on each target agent of the integration. The org is taken from the Grepr API key and the integration id from the path. Returns 202 with the started investigation ids. Retries after a 5xx may start duplicate investigations.
