**PUT** `/v1/issues/{idOrNumber}/comments/{commentId}`

**Operation ID**: `editComment`
**Summary**: Edit a comment
Replaces the body of a comment the caller wrote. People only. The history keeps the old text; editing a guidance comment changes the issue's version.
