# Replace a dataset table config

**PUT** `/v1/datasets/{id}/{tableKey}/config`

**Operation ID**: `putTableConfig`
**Summary**: Replace a dataset table config
Replaces the configuration override for one of the dataset's tables. Applies the resulting schema and partition-spec changes to the live Iceberg table. 409 if any pipeline currently references the dataset.
