# Reply to a chat's pending approval

**POST** `/v1/chats/{chatId}/permissions/{permissionId}`

**Operation ID**: `respondToPermission`
**Summary**: Reply to a chat's pending approval
Signals the chat's workflow with the user's approve/reject decision for the gated action it is waiting on, resuming the turn. Returns 202 immediately.
