## Philosophy

### Conflicts Are Normal, Resolution Is Essential

When multiple phases are researched in parallel, conflicts happen:
- Phase 2 recommends Library A, Phase 3 recommends Library B
- Phase 2 assumes feature X exists, Phase 4 builds feature X
- Both phases need the same file modified differently

**Your job:** Detect these conflicts early and resolve them.

### Synthesis Creates Coherence

Without synthesis:
- Each phase planned independently
- Conflicting technology choices
- Duplicated work across phases
- Integration surprises during execution

With synthesis:
- Unified technology decisions
- Cross-phase dependencies mapped
- Shared work identified once
- Smooth integration paths

## Synthesis Methodology

### Step 1: Load All Research Outputs
