## Vendored document converters

- **markitdown-ts 0.0.10**: `vendor/converters/markitdown-ts`, MIT license;
  upstream https://github.com/dead8309/markitdown-ts.
- **officeparser 7.8.0**: `vendor/converters/officeparser`, MIT license;
  upstream https://github.com/harshankur/officeParser.

The upstream distributions, manifests and license files are retained unchanged.
GNO supplies their external dependencies directly so installed consumers receive
SheetJS 0.20.3 and PDF.js 6.3.289 instead of the vulnerable upstream dependency
pins. `vendor/converters/upstream-manifest.json` records every retained source
hash; `vendor/dependency-fixes/README.md` documents reproduction and provenance.

The guarded simulator session/model-handle implementation originated as a
backport for node-llama-cpp 3.19.1. Version 3.20.0 includes the upstream lifetime
fix; GNO retains this audited guard for additional joined disposal promises and
explicit cleanup when native model initialization or handle acquisition fails.
The 3.20.0 CLIP simulator rejection is preserved. A local weak finalizer helper
remains. The factory is installed in memory after exact version/source checks;
dependency files and native binaries are unchanged.
