# Slopify 3.11.0

Released 6 October 2026.

- **Editing an article by hand keeps the pictures.** The images' scenes, the looks and the thumbnails were written from the article, so fixing one line in Edit project → Article drew every image and thumbnail again. Now the project remembers the article its pictures came from and keeps them; the narration, captions, description and video follow the edited text. To draw the pictures from the new text, choose the images' scenes (or the thumbnails' scenes) in Choose what to remake. Writing the article anew draws them again as before.
- **No more loud bursts in the narration, above all at the start of each chunk.** The voice speaks each chunk in one request and starts it with more energy than it keeps, so every chunk of a long narration opened louder, and a phrase now and then burst out elsewhere too. Levelling by the average couldn't see a few loud seconds in four minutes. Now, before each chunk is levelled, every phrase louder than the loud words of the half minute around it is turned down by that much, and the volume comes back slowly (1 dB a second) instead of snapping back, so the next phrase doesn't jump out. Phrases at the usual level are untouched, and the export is still mastered to your Level the volume target, so the narration keeps its loudness. Videos rendered from now on get it; one already rendered keeps its sound until its narration is levelled again.
- **No note from the AI model at the top of an article.** When the Claude Code CLI reads research before writing, it sometimes opened its answer with a line like "Everything's read; I'm writing the narration now.", and that line was narrated. Slopify now tells it the answer is used word for word and must begin with the text itself.

## YouTube Studio extension (1.3.0): deleted videos are noticed

- **A video deleted in Studio is no longer shown as on YouTube.** Every two hours, and when you open the popup after ten minutes or more, the extension opens Studio in a background tab and checks each video Slopify has recorded. One that Studio reports as deleted is forgotten, as Deleted on YouTube does, so it can be uploaded again. When Studio is signed in to another channel, or signed out, nothing is forgotten.

Download the extension again from Settings → YouTube Studio and reload it.
