- "FCL"
- "Funesterie Config Language"
- The Funesterie logo and pirate branding

You may NOT:
✗ Use these names for your own products
✗ Publish tools named “FCL” or “Funesterie Something”
✗ Create domains including Funesterie/FCL
✗ Use branding without permission

You may:
✓ Mention Funesterie™ in documentation
✓ Say “supports FCL” if technically accurate
✓ Link to official Funesterie repositories
