# Support

Phone a Friend is maintained by Bruno Freiberger as an open-source project.

For bugs, installation help and feature requests, use
[GitHub issues](https://github.com/freibergergarcia/phone-a-friend/issues).
Include the PaF version, operating system, host/backend CLI versions, the command
shape and a sanitized error. `phone-a-friend doctor --json` helps identify
executable/version mismatches; inspect and redact its paths and configuration
before sharing it. Do not post credentials, private prompts or repository data.

Report security vulnerabilities privately through
[GitHub private vulnerability reporting](https://github.com/freibergergarcia/phone-a-friend/security/advisories/new)
when available. If that form is unavailable, open an issue asking for a private
contact without including exploit details or sensitive material.

Backend account access, provider billing and model availability are handled by
the respective provider. This project is independently maintained and is not
endorsed by those providers. Support is best-effort; there is no paid service or
response-time commitment. See [LICENSE](LICENSE) for the software license and
[PRIVACY.md](PRIVACY.md) for data handling.
