### Remove LiteSub offers static data

Since the latest iterations of the LiteSub tests finished, the LiteSub offers static data from `static-data/offer-ids-production.ts` is being removed. Any codebases that get the `name`, `isFixedTerm` or `subscriptionDuration` properties for these offers are most probably not getting them anymore.
