There is NO time-based conversion to a more permissive license. ELv2 is
permanent. Releases stay under ELv2 indefinitely; if we ever choose to
re-license a release under a more permissive license (such as Apache 2.0),
that re-licensing is at our sole discretion.

in the Elastic License 2.0 grants you the right to use these marks beyond
identifying the unmodified upstream project. Forks, derivatives, and

Scope

The Elastic License 2.0 applies to all source code in this repository
unless a file or directory carries its own license header (in which case
that license governs that file). Third-party dependencies pulled in via
npm or other package managers retain their original licenses.
