# Exxat DS — What's new sheet

## MUST

1. **Reuse the package composition** — `WhatsNewSheet`, `WhatsNewSheetEmpty`, `WhatsNewSheetTrigger`, `WhatsNewLeoHero`, and `WhatsNewAnnouncementCard` from `@exxatdesignux/ui`. App code wires catalog + routes in `WhatsNewSheetProvider`.
2. **One provider, one sheet** — `WhatsNewSheetProvider` mounts once in `App`. Megaphone, profile menu, and More menu call `useWhatsNewSheet()`; never mount a second sheet.
3. **Shared seen list** — dismissal uses `useWhatsNewSeen` / `home-whats-new-seen` with badges and `/home` digest cards.
4. **Hero** — Leo `invited` + one-shot `DotPattern` burst via `WhatsNewLeoHero`. No screenshot in the compact sheet hero.
5. **Footer** — primary CTA + Release history in `FloatingSheetPanelFooter`. Scroll body holds the card only.
6. **Panel props** — `WHATS_NEW_SHEET_PANEL_PROPS`: left rail, bottom anchored, content height, `contentSlot="whats-new-sheet"`, outside click does not dismiss.

## MUST NOT

- Fork the sheet layout or card chrome in app components.
- Add a duplicate toolbar close when the card dismiss is present.
- Invent a separate unread store for the utility bar.
