## Hard gate

If the task **decides what a surface should be** (create, rebuild, redesign, replace, screenshot → build):

1. Load `.agents/skills/exxat-senior-ux/SKILL.md`
2. Post the **design brief** template
3. **Wait** for user confirmation
4. Only then implement

## Brief must include

- Product / Scope / Persona (Exxat four-app model)
- Job-to-be-done (decision enabled, not feature list)
- Repo reference + two modern SaaS analogues (M-codes)
- Principles applied (P-codes) + deviations
- Image reference = **IA only** — never pixel-copy

## After confirmation

Run `/surface-router` or `node scripts/agent-context-router.mjs <surface>` then build with DS primitives.
