extracted from the dsh-remote-web-ui `local/mobile-fixes` branch (M1,
behavior-identical) and has since been modified and extended independently:
windowed streaming, inline-markdown preview, image upload, workspace
browsing, PWA, and the desktop pairing panel.

This product also depends on the dsh platform packages
(@deepseek-ai/dsh-*, Apache-2.0, https://github.com/deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness).
