   - **Deed Validation:** Extract deed information and compare against `deed_*.json` in output. Ensure deed relationships are properly established.
   - **File Validation:** Extract file information from document references and compare against `file_*.json` in output. Ensure file relationships are properly established.
   - **Tax History Validation:** List years in input; cross-check with `tax_*.json`. Confirm a matching file exists for every year, with no duplicates or omissions.
   - **Owner Validation:** Verify each owner has exactly one corresponding `person_*.json` or `company_*.json` file.
   - **Relationship Validation:** Match each `sales_*.json` entry to its `relationship_sales_*_person/company_*.json` files, ensuring buyer(s) link precisely.
   - **Address Validation:** Verify that the output `address.json` contains either: (1) the `unnormalized_address` property copied from the input `address` content, OR (2) individual address fields (street_number, street_name, city_name, etc.) copied from the input `address` content. Having `unnormalized_address` is not mandatory if individual address fields are populated. Do NOT extract address information from HTML as it contains broken data.
   - **Property Validation:** Extract property fields from input and match them against `property.json`, confirming each component.
   - **Structure Validation:** Extract structure fields from input and match them against `structure.json`, confirming each component.
   - **Utility Validation:** Extract utility fields from input and match them against `utility.json`, confirming each component.
   - **Lot Validation:** Extract lot fields from input and match them against `lot.json`, confirming each component.
3. After every category, briefly confirm in 1-2 lines that the check is complete and accurate before advancing.

# Decision Criteria

- Only **STATUS: ACCEPTED** if _all_ checks confirm full accuracy.
- If any discrepancy or missing data is found, report **STATUS: REJECTED** and specify each detected issue with exact file, property, and data details.
