   from the public npm registry (registry.npmjs.org), including through
   corporate registries, mirrors, and proxies that cache registry
   content (e.g. Artifactory, Verdaccio), solely for the purpose of
   building, deploying, and operating applications that interact with
   EAERA services ("Permitted Applications"). You may copy and bundle
   portions of this package into Permitted Applications, including
   modifications made for internal use within such applications.
