## Usage

TokenCapGC gc = new TokenCapGC();

/* some where inside a scheme with relevent permissions */
bytes32 hash = gc.setParameters(contoller.nativeToken,100) /*limit DAO token issuance to 100*/
controller.addGlobalConstraint(gc,hash)
```
