From all the notifications sent to the above-mentioned competent services, the Municipality must ensure that at least 30% per six months of the activities that submit a notification or change, in accordance with this, within its territorial jurisdiction, were checked.\n\nIn the cases of a) preparation and sale of all kinds of coffee to passing customers from bread and pastry shops of bakeries, bread shops and coffee roasters and b) sale of standardized food, the competent department of the relevant Municipality notifies the change of notification for the addition of a new activity , within 5 working days, only at the Health Service."
