by up to 25% of the attendance of one or more specific vocational training programmes, after the issue of a certificate of notification or a valid licence. \nIf the person concerned holds a degree or studies from a national school with an equivalent title and corresponding specialisation, which are equivalent and corresponding to the qualifications in the above cases, he/she must have acquired experience corresponding to the degree. \nIf you hold a foreign (EU or non-EU) qualification in a relevant field of study, if it has been recognised as equivalent to the qualifications mentioned
