If the will is a personal will, the above court must declare the will to be the main will. If there is no will, the new body must indicate the number of the succession (Articles 1956 et seq. of the Civil Code). Until the issue of the probate certificate, it is possible to declare a change in the notification in the name of the person concerned, provided that the certificate of next of kin and their responsible declarations on the continuation of the activity by the person concerned is declared (or sent electronically) to the relevant municipality. The new entity is responsible for the operation of the establishment from the day of the change declaration.
